Gilon Implementation
Gilon implemented an NCR Teradata-based enterprise data warehouse which was the largest and the most comprehensives data warehouse ever designed or built in Israel.
The system enables the Bank to implement its customer-oriented business strategy. The bank’s CRM system processes all the customer-related data, designed to deliver appropriate offers to targeted customers at the right time and at the right price.
The data warehouse implemented by Gilon is used daily assisting the Bank to improve its understanding of customer behavior and patterns, and serves an important strategic role in the Bank’s immediate and long-term marketing plans.
The data warehouse integrates information from all the Bank’s infrastructure systems, enabling a uniform presentation of customer balances and activity.
