Rosh Haayin, Israel – February 24, 2008 – Ness-Gilon Business Insight Ltd., a leading business intelligence consulting group, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Ereteam, a privately-held, leading BI consulting company based in Turkey. Business Intelligence is a fast growing market in Turkey, and the acquisition present yet another step forward in fulfilling Ness-Gilon’s vision to expand its global European presence.
Ereteam, based in Istanbul, is a software consulting, training and maintenance company with core competencies in business intelligence and corporate performance management solutions and tools. Following the deal’s closing, Ereteam and its employees will become a part of the Ness-Gilon BI Group, currently operating in various European countries.
