Gilon Group Acquires Tachlit – A Data Base Marketing Consulting Company
Rosh Haayin, Israel – November 8, 2007 – Gilon Business Insight, a leading business intelligence consulting group, announced the completion of its acquisition of Tachlit – Database Marketing.
Tachlit Database Marketing is a leading consulting and project integration company in the area of database and customer-centric marketing. Tachlit was founded in 1992 and comprises 12 people, all of whom will continue to work at Gilon BI.
According to Mr. Guy Greenberg, CEO of the Gilon Group, Tachlit’s area of expertise completes and empowers Gilon’s activity in the BI arena. “Success of BI projects is much depended on the quality of organizational information and data, as well as on the intelligent utilization of this information in implementing customers-centric strategies. In Tachlit we found a highly professional, skilled and experienced team in the area of customer-centric marketing, and I anticipate that this activity will be quickly assimilated into Gilon’s offering, providing both Gilon and Tachlit’s customers with a broader range of services that are critical in achieving business success.” Says Mr. Greenberg who estimates that Tachlit’s scope of activity will enjoy a 100% growth during 2008.
